December 2009 Update

I finally found some free time to update the blog, we had a very fun and busy month in December.
DISNEYLAND

The week before Christmas we drove the many hours to California so we could enjoy Christmas time in Disneyland. I was worried about Adam being stuck in his carseat for so long because he screams everytime we buckle him in, but he did really good. He slept alot and there were only a few times we wore ourselves out trying to entertain him.

Adam couldn't keep his hands off the characters, I think he grabed Mickey's nose.

In front of the castle with all the Christmas lights and decorations.

Riley loved the Star Wars show, Darth Mal is one of his favorites.

We ran into Sully in California Adventure

Adam (and I) had a good time on the little kids rides in FantasyLand

We even celebrated Jace's birthday at the Rainforest Cafe. He was able to take advantage of the get in to Disneyland free on your birthday offer, but instead of getting a free admission ticket Jace chose a $72.00 gift certificate to spend at Disneyland. He was able to get some souviners

The best part of the trip for Riley was going to the Lego store

Jesse under the huge giraffe made of Legos
Again Adam grabbing Tigger's nose.

Winnie the Pooh was very patient even though Adam had his hands all over him.
The last time we were at Disneyland Jesse was 5 and Riley was 3 they didn't remember it very well. I think they will be able to remember this trip. We had fun and it was neat to see Disneyland all decked out for Christmas.
CHRISTMAS
As if a trip to Disneyland wasn't enough of a Christmas present, Santa did manage to visit our house.
Jesse got drums for Guitar Hero and some clothes.

She also got her very own "real" electric guitar with amp (Guess now we need to find lessons)

Riley got Legos, Legos and more Legos

Adam's First Christmas he got a new rocking horse

Also a piano table and some other toys.
We had a great Christmas and enjoyed the time to relax and spend together!!

Looks like lots of fun. Adam looks so big on his rocking horse.
